I’m Brendon Morgan, a Producer at nDreams with experience across AAA development, co-development, multiplatform releases and live operations.
01 · About
I moved into video game production after leading customer-service teams, bringing with me a player-first outlook, a calm approach to problem solving, and a strong instinct for helping people do their best work.
Since then, I’ve managed high-profile projects through development, certification and release. I’m most at home making complex work clear: aligning teams, anticipating risk, unblocking delivery and keeping partners informed without losing sight of quality or wellbeing.

Contributed to bringing the acclaimed Steam title to Nintendo Switch, coordinating delivery for a simultaneous platform release.
Coordinated work across art, UI, design and audio while managing schedules, bug triage, risk, certification and post-release updates across platforms.
Supported console production and release management through scheduling, bug triage, budgets, risk tracking, external communication and launch coordination.
